Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Every Sensation Last updated: 24 January 2026 This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all services booked with Every Sensation, regardless of service type or duration. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • A confirmed booking reserves time, facilities, and staff exclusively for you.

2. Customer Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled appointment time and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to attend a booking without prior notice (no-show) will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.

3. Customer Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
  • Requests to reschedule made within 7 days of the appointment time will not be accepted.
  • Rescheduled bookings must be used within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations or Changes by Every Sensation

If Every Sensation needs to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Acknowledgement

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • The cancellation and rescheduling terms are clearly stated prior to payment.
  • Requests made outside the permitted timeframes will not be honoured.
  • Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with this policy.
