1. Booking Confirmation & Payment
- All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- A confirmed booking reserves time, facilities, and staff exclusively for you.
2. Customer Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled appointment time and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
- Failure to attend a booking without prior notice (no-show) will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.
3. Customer Rescheduling
- Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
- Requests to reschedule made within 7 days of the appointment time will not be accepted.
- Rescheduled bookings must be used within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations or Changes by Every Sensation
If Every Sensation needs to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either:- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Acknowledgement
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:- The cancellation and rescheduling terms are clearly stated prior to payment.
- Requests made outside the permitted timeframes will not be honoured.
- Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with this policy.
