We have a 1.8 metre screen in an accessible room to watch all those favourite films. In addition we also have motion seats which are linked into the sound system providing vibrations, although this is enjoyed by all it is a great experience for those with Sensory Impairments. We also have individual beanie chairs for relaxation. This room also has an interactive Flasma system which is a 2.4 metre projected floor image with 35 different functions/games.
This cutting edge immersive technology enables the service user, regardless of ability, to control and interact independently with a moving image and explore their own creativity and magination.With nothing to actually touch, this system is safe, requires no cleaning and is a non contact resource suitable for service user with limited mobility.
